iTunes 10 breaks add as spoken track (1 Comments)

It appears that iTunes 10 has broken one of my favorite Mac features: "Add to iTunes as a spoken track". This kills an important part of my productivity work flow. I have verified this on two Macs running 10.6 and...
John commented:
They fixed this in the latest point release. I'm back in business.

Project Offset Acquired (2 Comments)

Another one bites the dust: Intel acquires Project Offset. Some rationale here. I don't think that it's a good thing to have the gaming world reduced to a few massive developers.
AT&T Data Plans and Tethering (1 Comments)

AT&T offered tethering plans for most of it's smart phones, excluding iPhone for some reason, for around another 30.00 a month. People complained that it wasn't fair to charge you more money just to access the data you already purchased from another device. The example of your home internet was used. You pay for the pipe to your house, and you can hang as many devices on it as you want.
John commented:
AT&T's micro cell pricing / billing is so absurd it is laughable. I guess it makes sense to count data used over your own broadband against your 3G usage cap??!!
This would adequately replace my uses for a netbook. The missing camera is a bummer. And would at least one usb port really kill them? I guess an adapter is possible to connect thru the bottom, but if we're talking mobile here then why force users to have more dongles and adapters? I'm still uncomfortable with the size. Seems a tad too big, unless I go everywhere with a messenger bag, no doubt sold by Apple as well.

And if you could put 25 cents in the side and eject a tampon out the bottom, that would be cool too.
