I've been using a really nice font in Visual Studio, called ProFont. It looks like the old school Mac small font, and it's free here. I found it through Joel On Software's site.
[ Bonus points for noticing the bogus assertion ]
The picture looks smudgy because I converted the screen-capture bitmap to jpg.
John, March 2, 2005 03:25 PM:I remember looking into this a while back. I'll have to give it another try.
J, March 3, 2005 03:55 PM:This reminds me of Turbo Pascal on a 9" B&W Mac screen. Is it ClearType enabled? Does it need to be?
Paul, March 3, 2005 04:17 PM:ClearType is enabled (look at the drop down list boxes), but the font itself doesn't look like it. that's actually okay since the smearing effect that ClearType has is something I don't like when coding.
