Oh and here's an HDTV tip... When connecting a gaming console to an HDTV via HDMI make sure the TV's overscan is turned off. Failure to do so will result in a very unsatisfactory experience. Why the manufactures still use / allow overscan with digital inputs, and default the overscan to ON, is beyond my comprehension. If Joe consumer doesn't know about this, he is going to be in for a big disappointment the first time he hooks his expensive HD player to his expensive TV via HDMI. To simulate the experience try running your laptop at something other than it's native res. Fun. Another thing to watch out for is that there are still a few high end TV's out there that not only are doing overscan on the digital inputs, but they don't allow you to turn it off. My HD transfer cable came today. It took 45 minutes to transfer my data.

The transfer cable isn't just USB? Lame.

The transfer cable is USB... on one end, and some special connector on the end that plugs into the hard drive.
That doesn't look too black to me...
