A new Tolkien book, The Children of Hurin, is coming out in April.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows will be out on July 21.

What other nerdly things are there to do until Battlestar Galactica resumes 9 fracking months from now?

Seriously, that's it until 2008? Remember the days when TV serious had a predicable schedule? All the shows I watch are on some sort of random pattern.

According to this interview with Ronald Moore (creator of BSG), there will be 2 hours of extra episodes of Galactica released in the fall on DVD.

That sucks there's no summer series. Maybe they'll come out with the new Caprica spinoff. The viewership is already dropping, I hope a 9 month break doesn't hurt things further.
