Questions:
- If you put in 40 hours per week and meet expectations, do you deserve a raise? What about 60 hours? 80?
- Is one person's 40 hours the same as another's?
- Is it fair to rank employees on a bell curve, when all of them are doing great things?
- What does accountability in the work place mean? Does it mean that regular devs are hosed, and managers get made?

Oh yes, stacking and ranking and curves - oh my. Such is life working for the man.
So GPaul.. Since the msReview process is getting so much msAttention these days, how about giving us an overview of the GReview process?
It's sekrit.
Actually, it's all peer review. The people you work with over the review period send feedback to your manager, and that's what decides what you get. If everyone does well, everyone gets rewarded.
There are no quotas or bell curves, which (IMHO) cause in-fighting and lack of focus on a common goal.
What is a level 65 dev equivalent in GA terms? Do you get more hit points or a better saving throw (vs. build breaks)?
I don't even know what a level 65 dev is. I guess 'god mode=on'. I don't think GA had an equiv for that.
What are the level ranges for devs?
I'm just a simple cave man. I don't understand your "reviews" and your "rankings". These concepts frighten and confuse me.
